Basic salary of £28,000 per annum based on a 42-hour week, with a realistic OTE of £35,000+ including bonuses

Duties

Provide professional and high-quality customer service while their vehicle is with the dealership
Track vehicle progress through the workshops and liaise with workshop and parts departments
Discuss additional work requirements and costs with customers
Schedule and record work efficiently, maintaining courteous communication
Support the aftersales team with administrative tasks including file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, and invoicing
Ensure a smooth customer journey from arrival to vehicle pickup

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within automotive or a customer facing industry
Full driving licence is required
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Proactive, flexible, and capable of working well within a team
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
