Duties:
  • Guide customers seamlessly through the sales journey from initial greeting to vehicle handover
  • Actively prospect new clients through telephone calls, attending product launches

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features and benefits, and recommend suitable add-on products tailored to customer needs
  • Use customer enquiry management systems effectively to track and follow-up on leads
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and encourage referrals
  • Keep up-to-date with manufacturer training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role within the automotive industry or a similar environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Ability to achieve targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine interest in helping customers are highly valued
