We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part Time Service Advisor Support to join a reputable automotive dealership in Canterbury, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional looking to balance work and personal commitments, with the potential to develop into a full-time position in the future.

Duties:
  • Assisting the full-time Service Advisor with customer service duties and admin tasks
  • Preparing vehicle job cards and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Taking customer calls and recording their requirements
  • Assisting with job card admin, vehicle prep, and booking appointments
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks including warranty claims and upselling where appropriate
  • Providing excellent communication and customer service to dealership clients
Requirements:
  • Prior experience within the automotive trade or customer service environment is preferred
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach
  • A keen interest in the motor trade industry and customer care
  • Ability to work well within a team and support the Service Advisor as needed
