We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Operative to join a busy and reputable workshop in Helston, Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled individuals looking to further their career in the automotive repair industry.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of up to £46,000 per annum
Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30 to 17:00
Work within a well-established and professional environment
Opportunity to work across disciplines including MET, panel, and paint

Duties

Carry out bodyshop repairs in line with industry standards
Work on repairs involving panels, paint, and MET electrical components
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to health and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to meet workshop deadlines
Maintain workshop equipment and tools in good condition

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bodyshop Operative or similar role
Knowledge of either panel, paint, and MET electrical repairs (one or all)
Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
