Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a rewarding career within a reputable dealership? We are currently assisting our client in recruiting a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team in Southampton. If you possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry, this could be the role for you.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £30,000 per annum
  • OTE of up to £38,000 including performance incentives
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm
  • One in four Saturdays, with time off on the following Friday as a half day
Duties:
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong rapport with clients
  • Advising customers on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance costs
  • Upselling additional services and parts to maximise workshop profitability
  • Managing service orders and ensuring smooth communication between customers and technicians
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and services performed
  • Supporting the workshop team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of automotive products and services
  • Ability to upsell and maximise workshop profits
  • Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
  • Full driving licence
