Duties as as Parts manager will include:
  • Lead and motivate the parts department team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet current and future business objectives
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, address any negative variances promptly
  • Conduct performance reviews, setting goals and supporting team development
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, overseeing face-to-face and telephone communication
  • Ensure the parts department operates efficiently, optimising resource allocation
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business success
  • Respond swiftly to changing business needs, maintaining agility in service delivery
Requirements that the Parts Manager will need:
  • Proven experience within the automotive parts industry, ideally as a Parts Manager or Parts Supervisor
  • Exceptional organisational skills with experience in high-level reporting and data analysis
  • Strong leadership qualities with an approachable and motivating leadership style
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
