Service Administrator Required for Family Run Car Dealership in Horsham
  • Pay: £30k Basic + Bonuses (Labour sales, customer service satisfaction scores & upsells) 
  • Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with 1 hour lunch 
Join a reputable family-run dealership in Horsham as a Service Administrator / Advisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and friendly environment, providing essential support across the aftersales department. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for administration duties, with some service advisor cover during busy periods.

Benefits:

Offering a basic salary of £30,000 per annum with the potential to earn up to £35,000 with bonuses. It also includes performance-based incentives including labour sales, customer satisfaction scores, and upselling opportunities. You will also enjoy regular working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break, in a well-established and busy dealership environment.

Duties:
  • Managing service bookings and scheduling appointments efficiently
  • Preparing job cards and ensuring all service documents are up to date
  • Providing administrative support across the service department
  • Covering service advisor duties when needed, including liaising with customers and colleagues
  • Handling warranty documentation, with experience in automotive warranty processes being advantageous
  • Supporting parts department activities where required
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction in all interactions
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Administrator, Service Advisor, or Warranty Administrator is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a hybrid role involving multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work
  • Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes is advantageous but not essential
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude
