Duties

Greet customers warmly and professionally, acting as the main point of contact during the vehicle’s service or repair
Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repairs, maintaining transparency and trust
Develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training to offer expert advice
Promote additional services and repairs recommended by technicians to maximise workshop revenue
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and accurately
Conduct pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and address customer queries
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within the dealership’s systems
Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that build loyalty and repeat business

Requirements

Proven experience in a Service Advisor or other role within the automotive industry
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with customers and colleagues
Strong customer service ethic with a tailored, professional approach
Ability to identify customer needs and upselling opportunities
Effective time management skills, able to work efficiently under pressure
Previous experience working in a target-driven environment
Holds a valid UK driving licence
