Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday + Saturday mornings on a rota
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run dealership located in Epsom. - Ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer transactions
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a motor trade environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and team members
- Full UK driving licence is desirable
- Knowledge of automotive systems and dealership software
