Vehicle Technician Required for Family Run Dealership - Redhill 
  • Pay: £35,000 - £45,000 Basic DOE + Qualifications + Bonus 
  • Hours: 40 Hours per week Monday - Friday only 8am - 5pm + 1 hour lunch
Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician looking to take your career to the next level? A reputable, family-run dealership in Redhill is seeking a motivated Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians with relevant experience to work in a well-established environment that values quality workmanship and professional development.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
  • Bonus structure with an OTE (On Target Earnings) of £500 per month  
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday only, with no weekend work
  • 1 hour lunch break

  • 25 Days Holiday (One for your Birthday) + Bank holidays 
Duties:
  • Servicing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards, primarily German and other franchise vehicles
  • Diagnosing complex issues accurately using manufacturer tools and documentation
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • Keeping detailed and accurate records of all work carried out
  • Contributing to a team environment focused on quality and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealer environment
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge across various vehicle systems
  • Ability to complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous but not essential; training is provided
