Join our client’s esteemed motorcycle division as a Motorcycle Sales Manager and lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales manager with a passion for motorbikes to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Duties

Lead the motorcycle sales team at a busy Christchurch dealership
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Manage the sale of new and used motorcycles, including stock control and presentation
Upsell parts, clothing, accessories, GAP, and warranty products
Embrace and utilise innovative enquiry management technology and CRM strategies
Foster strong relationships with customers, community, and marketing teams
Organise and support summer motorcycle events and promotional activities
Provide outstanding leadership and engagement, creating a positive colleague environment
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements

Proven experience as a Motorcycle Sales Manager or equivalent senior sales role within the motor trade
Strong leadership and team management skills
Passion for motorcycles and customer service excellence
Ability to work flexibility including Saturdays and special events
Knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales processes
Enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused approach
Full UK Motorcycle Licence
