We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Service Advisor / Office Manager to join a reputable automotive car garage business in Alton, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a multifaceted role that combines customer service excellence with office management responsibilities. The ideal Service Advisor / Office Manager will play a key role in streamlining operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Duties:
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications effectively
  • Plan and coordinate service bookings with efficiency
  • Take customer bookings, payment once mechanical work completed 
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining new systems to improve operational performance
  • Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the garage day to day operations
  • Help streamline the office processes and support the overall business operations
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and uphold high standards of service
  • Support HR, finance, and operational functions as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an independent garage manager, service manager, or senior service advisor
  • Strong organisational and office management skills
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and procedures quickly
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team
