Garage Manager / Fast Fit Branch Manager Required for Large Garage Group - Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey
Pay: £38,100 Basic + £40 - £50k OTE based on branch targets 
Hours: 5 Day working week Monday - Saturday 
  Are you an experienced automotive professional seeking a dynamic leadership role? We are actively recruiting for a Garage Manager / Branch Manager to join a reputable large garage group in Kingston upon Thames. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual ready to lead a busy fast-fit centre and drive operational success.

Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the Kingston automotive tyre centre
  • Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Manage stock levels and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Handle customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and online to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct interviews, inductions, and ongoing staff engagement
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety and operational efficiency
  • Provide hands-on support within the workshop when necessary
  • Monitor and drive branch profitability and performance metrics
Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fast-fit tyre centre or automotive service environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of tyre services and mechanical work desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Relevant UK work authorisation and right to work documentation
