  • 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 8:30am til 5pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PDI Technician to join a busy dealership in Ellesmere Port. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to be part of a well-established team that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. As a PDI Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring vehicle readiness and high standards of service, supporting the dealership's reputation for excellence.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with an uncapped bonus scheme, with potential earnings up to £52,480
  • Basic salary between £28,000 and £31,000 depending on qualifications and experience
  • Additional bonuses including a £3,000 Productivity Bonus and Time Saved Bonus
  • Stable working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with every third Saturday morning
  • Access to manufacturer-approved training and career development opportunities, including hybrid and electric vehicle courses
Duties:
  • Carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to high standards using the latest technology
  • Performing vehicle health checks and comprehensive servicing as per manufacturer guidelines
  • Conducting additional repairs and diagnostics, with customer approval
  • Ensuring warranty repairs are completed to manufacturer standards and proper documentation
  • Road testing vehicles to confirm faults are rectified and performance is optimal
  • Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a vehicle mechanic or technician
  • Fully qualified with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, with a keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience working with a recognised brand is advantageous but not essential, as full brand training is available
