We are currently recruiting for a Aftersales Advisor to join a reputable performance vehicle dealership in Addlestone. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a dynamic environment centred around high-performance cars. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while working with some of the most exciting vehicles in the industry.

- Competitive basic salary of up to £38,000 depending on experience
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5.30 pm with no weekends

- Advising customers on vehicle services and repairs
- Managing service appointments and liaising with the workshop team
- Parts quotation, ordering and advising
- Upselling and promoting additional services to clients
- Maintaining accurate customer records and service histories
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
- Responsible for workshop loading and prioritisation of customers cars
- Experience as a Service Advisor / Service Manager, with ideally 5+ years motor trade experience
- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Good mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive services
- Proven ability to work well within a team and manage multiple tasks
- Enthusiastic and driven to develop further within the industry
- Long-term commitment and a aspiration to progress into managerial roles
