A growing Main Dealer in Northampton is seeking a dynamic and experienced Aftersales Manager to join their team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and develop the aftersales department, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities of an Aftersales Manager:
  • Oversee all aftersales operations including service, parts, and warranty.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve aftersales performance.
  • Manage, train, and motivate a team of aftersales staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on departmental performance and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an aftersales management role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of automotive aftersales operations.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high standards of service.
  • Full UK driving license.
