We are currently seeking a dedicated Vehicle Damager Assessor / VDA / Estimator to join our client's team in Haywards Heath. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to work within a reputable organisation, offering the chance to utilise your technical skills and deliver excellence in vehicle assessment.

Duties:
  • Conduct accurate damage assessments and estimations on vehicles
  • Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and repair centres
  • Keep detailed records of assessments and estimates
  • Ensure work complies with industry standards and company policies
  • Prioritise customer satisfaction and quality of work
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a VDA or Estimator in the motor trade
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and estimating software
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Flexibility to work occasional Saturday mornings
