We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join a reputable dealership in Feltham, Greater London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to work within a well-established workshop environment, specialising in used passenger cars. The successful Master Technician will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and technical expertise.

Duties:
  • Diagnosing and repairing a variety of passenger vehicles, with a focus on Land Rover, German cars, and Ford
  • Conducting vehicle inspections, including headlight configuration and other technical repairs
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
  • Managing workload efficiently in a busy workshop environment with three ramps and two technicians
  • Ensuring all work is completed within specified timeframes and to manufacturer standards
  • Supporting the team in maintaining workshop efficiency and quality of service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician or diagnostic specialist
  • Strong knowledge of multiple brands - preferably German brand experience
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving licence and relevant technical qualifications
