Our client is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join their busy distribution centre. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, have relevant parts experience, and enjoy a mix of face-to-face and telesales activities, this could be the perfect position for you.

Duties for this Parts Advisor position:
  • Meet and exceed vehicle parts and accessories sales targets through consultative selling and telesales efforts
  • Engage with customers via telephone to promote parts, accessories, and related services
  • Educate customers on the range of parts suitable for their needs, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to support business growth
  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities through proactive telesales activities
  • Manage customer accounts effectively to ensure retention and maximise sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records for orders and stock
  • Maximise customer satisfaction by providing a high standard of service in line with company standards
  • Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements for this Parts Advisor position:
  • Recent or current experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry
  • Experience in telesales or proactive customer communication is highly desirable
  • Ideally worked within motor factors, franchise approved dealerships, or similar environments
  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Good knowledge of electronic parts catalogue systems
  • Proven experience in customer management and development
  • UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
  • Organised and detail-oriented with good IT skills
