An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Panel Beater to join a well-established and successful automotive accident repair centre in Nottingham. Working as part of a friendly and professional team within modern facilities, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs, ensuring every vehicle is repaired safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater looking for a long-term position with a company that invests heavily in training, development and employee benefits.
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times between 7:00am – 5:30pm
  • Location: Nottingham
  • Panel Beater Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Undertake replacement and repair of damaged or compromised vehicle body panels
  • Complete chassis and framework repairs
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and select the appropriate repair methods
  • Carry out bumper and door repairs as required
  • Ensure all repairs meet internal and third-party quality standards
  • Work efficiently to meet repair deadlines and productivity targets
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the repair centre
About You:
  • Previous experience working as a Vehicle Panel Beater / Panel Technician is essential
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is desirable
  • Strong hands-on experience will be considered in place of formal qualifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • ATA accreditation would be highly advantageous
  • Experience working to BSI 10125 standards would be beneficial
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
