Pay: £38 - £40k Basic + £48k OTE
Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday + Saturdays on a rota

- Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on passenger and commercial vehicles
- Diagnose and repair faults with accuracy and efficiency
- Support the team with mechanical and electrical repairs
- Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnostics to industry standards
- Provide technical advice and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest vehicle technologies, including electric vehicles
- Assist with MOT testing and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations
- Full UK driving licence for at least six months
- NVQ Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- At least two years of post-apprenticeship experience in an automotive environment
- MOT testing qualification preferred
- Previous experience working within a main dealership or similar environment
- Enthusiasm to learn about electric vehicle maintenance and repair
- Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
