  • Location: Stoke
  • Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Salary: Up to £36,000 OTE (£30,000 basic)
  • Hours: 42 hours per week
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am–4:30pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Alloy Wheel Technician to join a small but expanding bodyshop team in Stoke.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established main-dealer environment where you can further develop your skills and build your career within cosmetic vehicle repair.

As an Alloy Wheel Technician, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality alloy wheel repair service, ensuring excellent standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Repairing standard alloy wheels and diamond-cut alloy wheels.
  • Using mobile diamond-cut repair lathe equipment.
  • Ensuring all repairs are completed in line with manufacturer and company processes.
  • Accurately matching alloy wheel paint colours.
  • Maintaining consistently high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Communicating professionally with customers and ensuring required work and associated costs are agreed before work begins.
  • Working as part of a small, supportive and growing bodyshop team.
This position could also be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tyre Fitter looking to progress their career into alloy wheel repair and cosmetic vehicle repair.

You will need:
  • Previous experience in alloy wheel repair or a related automotive role.
  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence with a good driving record.
  • A professional approach and a genuine pride in your work.
