Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for your next opportunity within a premium automotive environment?

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a busy and professional dealership in the Oldbury area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, organised and passionate about the automotive industry.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing excellent customer service to retail and trade customers.
  • Ordering, receiving and distributing vehicle parts.
  • Identifying and sourcing the correct parts for vehicles.
  • Liaising with technicians and the wider dealership team.
  • Managing parts stock and maintaining accurate records.
  • Processing parts orders and ensuring timely availability.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
The Package for the Parts Advisor
  • Basic Salary: £29,000
  • OTE: £34,000
  • Working Hours: 45 hours per week
  • Saturday Rota: 1 in 4
  • Saturday Pay: Paid as overtime at a flat rate
  • Opportunity to work within a prestigious automotive dealership environment
You will ideally have:
  • Previous automotive parts experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A professional and positive approach.
  • Good IT and parts-system knowledge.
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry.
