We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a specialist automotive business in Kenilworth, supporting the General Manager and working closely with the workshop teams
  • Location: Kenilworth
  • Salary: Flexible DOE
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Handling customer enquiries regarding servicing, restoration, parts and vehicle sales
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
  • Organising the collection and delivery of customer vehicles
  • Liaising with suppliers and chasing parts and services
  • Supporting the workshop teams with customer communication
  • Assisting with general administration, including Health & Safety and British Standards
  • Providing general support to the General Manager
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within an automotive environment
  • Good mechanical knowledge of vehicles and parts
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated, reliable and able to work as part of a team
  • A positive, can-do attitude
