Are you an experienced Aftersales Manager seeking a new challenge in Liverpool? We are recruiting for a skilled and dedicated Aftersales Manager to join a reputable multi-franchise automotive dealership. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in a busy and professional environment, with a competitive salary package and clear career progression pathways.

Benefits:
  • Up to £45,000 basic salary depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday- 8.00am to 5.30pm May need to work some Saturdays, depending on the needs of the business
  • OTE approximately £60,000 per annum

Duties:
  • Manage and oversee the aftersales department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of service advisors and technicians, fostering a professional and motivated workforce
  • Develop and implement effective aftersales processes to maximise profitability
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and customer feedback
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an Aftersales Manager role within the automotive industry
  • Comfortable overseeing and managing a team of over 20 members of staff across Workshop, Service & Parts.  
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance and aftersales services
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
