Business Manager needed in South East Bristol!
  • Salary: Competitive basic salary with £60,000+ uncapped annual earnings.
  • Hours: 8:30am-6:00pm Mon-Fri with 1 scheduled day off and 8:30am-5:00pm Saturday - no Sundays required!

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, as a Business Manager you will be responsible for building and presenting car sales deals to the customer following qualification from our client's car sales team. It is important that you understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information is given. This role will require you to build rapport with customers quickly and easily and be able to treat customers fairly. We will expect you to monitor finance performance against budget, as well as identify and address shortfalls. You will work with management to coach and develop the skills of the team to achieve business objectives, logging all activity to monitor performance and measure outcomes.

In order to be eligible, you will need to have similar Business Manager/Sales Controller experience within a franchise-approved dealer environment, be FCA accredited, and have a comprehensive understanding of financial legislation. Overall, you will need to have a desire to produce results, be a strong team leader, have a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships and have a genuine passion to work for the company and the manufacturer. You will need to be brand focused, capable of working independently and have the energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving licence with minimal points is also essential.
