My client, a nationally renowned dealer, is recruiting for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and reputable franchise dealership in Sunderland.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician will include:
  • Carry out repair, ensuring vehicles meet safety and environmental regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle faults to a high standard.
  • Provide clear and concise reports and communicate directly with customers regarding repairs and maintenance.
  • Work as part of a team to meet targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Vehicle Technician will be:
  • A fully qualified Automotive Technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
  • Experience in a Dealership environment is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • MOT Licence is desirable
The successful Vehicle Technician: 
  • Basic Salary up to c. £38,000 tailored to your experience with the potential to earn up to c.£52,480 OTE.
  • Work-life Balance: A Monday to Friday workweek with only 1 in 3 Saturdays required.
