We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our client's premium dealership team in Wilmslow, Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals passionate about delivering top-quality service and technical expertise within a prestigious brand environment. The successful Vehicle Technician will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards associated with the brand, while benefiting from ongoing professional development and a supportive working environment.
  • Premium Main Dealer
  • Basic Salary up to £37,000 - depending on experience and skill level (more for qualified Senior/Master Techncians)
  • Uncapped Bonus: OTE of £43K
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays on Rota

Duties:
  • Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard on a wide range of vehicles
  • Accurately diagnose vehicle issues using the latest diagnostic tools and technology
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer and industry quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
  • Support ongoing training and up-skilling opportunities to stay ahead of industry developments
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician in a franchised dealership or similar environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to use modern workshop systems and diagnostic equipment effectively
