  • Pay: £32,000 Basic + £38,000 Realistic OTE
  • Hours: 45.5 Hours per week Monday - Friday ONLY 
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run car dealer group in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to progress their career within the automotive industry. The Service Advisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing service operations efficiently.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum
  • Realistic commission earning potential, with OTE of £38,000 annually
  • Working hours from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday, with one late finish at 6.30 pm

Duties:
  • Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service needs
  • Liaising with technicians and workshop team to ensure smooth job flow
  • Advising customers on necessary work and explaining repair costs clearly
  • Managing and updating service records accurately
  • Upselling additional services and parts where appropriate
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service process
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar role in the automotive sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Full UK driving licence
