Prepper / SMART Repairer for Close Knit Accident Repair Team in Woolwich
Pay: £32,000 Basic + Training provided
Hours: 8AM - 5.30PM Monday - Friday only 

We are seeking a dedicated SMART Repairer / Quality Controller to join a close-knit accident repair team in Woolwich. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to develop their career within a supportive environment. The role offers a competitive basic salary of £32,000 per year, with additional training provided to help you excel in your position. Working hours are from 8AM to 5.30PM, Monday to Friday.

Duties

  • Polishing and cleaning cars in preparation for handover
  • Carrying out small preparation jobs and minor SMART repairs
  • Re-texturing plastic trims and performing post-repair scans after training
  • Assisting where needed within the team to ensure high-quality standards
  • Learning additional crash repair skills such as stripping and fitting, paint spraying or panel beating and welding
Requirements

  • Experience as a Smart Repairer, Bodyshop Prepper, or Polisher
  • Good eye for detail and pride in your work
  • Reliable and committed team player
  • Comfortable with polishing, cleaning, and repair tasks
  • Willingness to learn new skills through training
