We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join a reputable automotive business in Exeter, Devon. This is a fantastic role for experienced motor trade professionals looking to develop their careers within a supportive team environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of up to £31,000 with an OTE of £33,000
  • Small parts profit share programme
  • 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme
  • Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM working hours with some flexibility
  • One Saturday morning per month
Duties:
  • Providing expert parts advice to customers and colleagues
  • Managing parts stock levels and order processing
  • Supporting the sales team with accurate parts information
  • Assisting with stock control and inventory management
  • Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
  • Handling parts enquiries via phone and in-person
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar parts-related role
  • Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Driving licence is not essential
  • Flexibility to work one Saturday morning per month
