Duties:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options
  • Actively promote and sell available stock to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage customer relationships and follow up with leads
  • Conduct test drives and complete all necessary paperwork accurately
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving dealership goals
  • Promote brand loyalty through excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar customer-facing sales role
  • Main dealer background preferred, but transferable sales experience in other industries will be considered
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a drive to excel and achieve sales goals
  • Valid UK driving licence
