Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to take the next step in your automotive career? A leading dealership in Runcorn is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
  • Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring clients receive clear and professional communication throughout their vehicle’s service
  • Manage customer enquires and promote value-added services
  • Coordinate workshop loading to maximise efficiency
  • Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing for all repair work
  • Conduct thorough vehicle health checks and explain findings to customers
  • Keep customers informed of progress and advise on any additional work required
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from check-in to vehicle collection
  • Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Maximise workshop revenue by managing job times and invoicing promptly
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a Service Advisor role or similar
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively
  • Resilience, energy, and a confident approach
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role
  • Experience within a busy, fast-paced environment is advantageous
  • Automotive industry experience is preferred but not essential
