We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Performance Vehicle Diagnostic Technician  to join a reputable and dynamic high-performance automotive operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to become part of a team that works on exciting projects and specialised tuning services. The role offers a chance to work within a laid-back, professional environment focused on building high-calibre vehicles, predominantly on VAG platforms. If you are passionate about the automotive industry and looking to advance your career, this could be the perfect fit.

Duties:
  • Diagnosing and repairing engines and vehicle systems
  • Conducting engine rebuilding and tuning on high-performance cars
  • Using diagnostic tools such as VCDS, Launch, and Autel
  • Performing vehicle servicing and general maintenance
  • Working on performance modifications and custom builds
  • Assisting with dyno testing, engine builds, and mechanical modifications
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of German vehicle platforms, particularly VAG
  • Relevant qualifications at Level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience with diagnostics, engine rebuilding, and tuning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own tools are required; access to specialist equipment on site
  • Enthusiastic about high-performance vehicle work and tuning (desirable)
