Responsibilities:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs on customer vehicles.
- Diagnosing faults and identifying the most effective repair solutions.
- Completing vehicle health checks and ensuring all work meets required quality standards.
- Using workshop systems, diagnostic equipment and specialist tools.
- Working efficiently to achieve productivity targets without compromising quality.
- Maintaining accurate records and following all health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the wider aftersales team in delivering an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a Service Technician or similar automotive role.
- A valid full UK driving licence.
- An MOT Licence would be advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out repairs and maintenance confidently and safely.
- Experience working to high standards of workmanship and productivity.
- The ability to use modern workshop equipment and systems.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine passion for the automotive industry.
