Service Technician Vacancy - Milton Keynes Main Dealer 
  • Basic Salary: £35,700 + Bonus
  • OTE: £43,200
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Optional 4-Day Working Week Available
  • Bonus guaranteed for the first 3 months of employment
We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity within a busy main dealer in Milton Keynes. If you're a Service Technician looking to take the next step, this role offers the chance to develop your skills while working with modern vehicles and the latest workshop technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs on customer vehicles.
  • Diagnosing faults and identifying the most effective repair solutions.
  • Completing vehicle health checks and ensuring all work meets required quality standards.
  • Using workshop systems, diagnostic equipment and specialist tools.
  • Working efficiently to achieve productivity targets without compromising quality.
  • Maintaining accurate records and following all health and safety procedures.
  • Supporting the wider aftersales team in delivering an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Service Technician or similar automotive role.
  • A valid full UK driving licence.
  • An MOT Licence would be advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out repairs and maintenance confidently and safely.
  • Experience working to high standards of workmanship and productivity.
  • The ability to use modern workshop equipment and systems.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine passion for the automotive industry.

  • Basic salary of £35,700 plus bonus.
  • OTE of £43,200 with uncapped earning potential.
  • Guaranteed bonus for the first three months.
  • Flexible four-day working week available, subject to availability.
