Motorcycle Sales Executive Required in Guildford!
  • Pay: £20,800 Basic + £49,000 Uncapped On Target Earnings
  • Hours: 41 Hours - over 5 days Monday - Saturday - no Sundays
We are looking for a Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our clients established motorcycle dealership in Guildford, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic automotive sales professional to build a rewarding career within the motorcycle industry, with uncapped earning potential and no Sunday working.

Benefits:
  • £20,800 basic salary
  • £49,000 uncapped on-target earnings
  • 41-hour working week over five days
  • Monday to Saturday working pattern
  • No Sunday working

Duties:
  • Welcome customers and establish their motorcycle requirements
  • Present suitable motorcycles, products and finance options
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test ride discussions
  • Manage enquiries from initial contact through to completion of the sale
  • Achieve agreed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Keep up to date with motorcycle models, features and associated products
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Motorcycle Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive or just a motorcycle enthusiast! 
  • At least one year of experience within the motorcycle or retail sales industry
  • Genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles and the wider automotive sector
  • Good knowledge of motorcycle components would be advantageous
  • Confident communication and customer service skills
  • A professional, motivated and target-focused approach
  • A full UK driving licence
