Are you a confident, outgoing people person with sales or customer service experience? Perhaps you're currently working in sales administration, sales support, customer service or a customer-facing sales role and feel ready for something different?

We're looking for someone with the right attitude, personality and ambition to join a growing, highly regarded independent automotive business specialising in prestige, performance and electric vehicles.

You don't necessarily need previous Service Advisor experience. What matters most is your ability to communicate, build relationships and deliver a fantastic customer experience.

We're looking for someone who is:

What Will You Be Doing? You'll be at the heart of the customer experience, helping to manage the relationship between customers and the workshop.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling customer enquiries and arranging service, repair and MOT bookings.
  • Building rapport with customers and understanding their requirements.
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
  • Preparing estimates, job cards and repair quotations.
  • Liaising with technicians and parts suppliers.
  • Discussing additional work and helping to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Processing invoices, payments and general administration.
  • Ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience.

  • Sales Administrator
