Vehicle Technician Opportunity in St Peter Port, Guernsey 
  • Position: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (37.5 hours/week, 8 hours per day)
  • Base Salary: £45,000 per annum + up to £5,000 performance bonus (£50,000 OTE)
  • Housing: FREE Company Accommodation provided (employee pays utilities) OR a £1,500/month Accommodation Allowance

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for two experienced Vehicle Technicians to join a premier automotive dealership based in St Peter Port, Guernsey. Working out of a modern, fully equipped workshop in St Peter Port, you will perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostic tasks across a varied inventory.
  • Servicing & Repair: Routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
  • New Vehicles: PDI inspections, sales prep, warranty work, and routine servicing.
  • Motorcycles (If applicable): Assembly, servicing, and technical diagnostics (a great opportunity to expand your multi-vehicle skillset).
  • Used Car Preparation: Servicing, multi-point health checks, and fault diagnosis across all major makes and models.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Proven experience in diagnostic fault-finding, servicing, and general mechanical repairs across multiple manufacturers.
  • Licence: Full, valid UK/EU Driving Licence.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, attentive to detail, adaptable, and eager to deliver exceptional work within a close-knit workshop environment.
  • Right to Work: UK or Irish Passport Holders (no visa required), or foreign nationals with existing rights to live/work in the UK/Guernsey.
Remuneration & Financial Benefits:
  • Basic Salary: £45,000 per annum
  • Bonus Scheme: Up to £5,000 per annum available
