Hi, I’m Casey, and I joined Perfect Placement in November 2021 as an Apprentice Business Administrator within the Recruitment Support team. I went on to complete my Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship in 2023, gaining the knowledge and skills that I continue to apply in my role every day.

At the start of 2026, I took on a new role as Candidate Attraction Manager. As part of the Candidate Attraction team, my responsibilities include handling incoming calls, advertising our Motor Trade vacancies across a wide range of job sites, sourcing suitable candidates, and ensuring our database is kept up to date to support the thousands of automotive roles we recruit for. 

A key part of my role is training and supporting new apprentices as they join the business. I work closely with them to develop their skills in candidate sourcing, job advertising, and call handling, while providing ongoing support as they progress through their apprenticeship and transition into Recruitment Executive roles.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family over good food and drinks, as well as relaxing with a good book and making time to unwind.
