Are you passionate about motorcycles and looking for a new challenge in a dynamic, fast-paced dealership?

Our client, a long-established and highly respected multi-site Motorcycle Dealer Group with over 70 years of trading experience, is now recruiting for a Motorcycle Parts & Service Advisor in Southampton.

They are known across the UK as the go-to dealer for new and used bikes, clothing, accessories, parts, and service – from scooters to race replicas and championship-winning superbikes.

This Motorcycle Service Advisor role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes motorcycles and is ready to combine their passion with a professional customer-facing role. With the opportunity to meet some of the biggest names in MotoGP, the TT, and British Superbikes, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

What’s on Offer?

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Delivering outstanding customer service across the Service and Parts departments
  • Organising customer communications and bookings, ensuring maximum aftersales activity
  • Promoting and upselling parts, accessories, and workshop services
  • Supporting the service team by ensuring the correct and efficient supply of parts
  • Working closely with technicians, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth workflow
  • Contributing to CSI targets and helping maintain an excellent reputation
What We’re Looking For:
  • Ideally, prior experience in a Service Advisor or Aftersales role (motorcycle, car or commercial)
  • A genuine passion for motorbikes – technical knowledge is a bonus
  • A proactive, customer-focused team player with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
