Key Responsibilities of a Sales Controller with our client:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and manage sales performance, providing coaching and support where necessary.
- Oversee the sales process from customer engagement to vehicle handover, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist in the negotiation and finalization of sales agreements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales opportunities and dealership operations.
- Proven experience in car sales, with a track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving performance.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Full UK driving license.
- Competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE of £55,000.
