About the Role The successful Panel Beater will:
  • Perform high-quality bodywork repairs on a diverse range of vehicles, including cars and light commercial vehicles.
  • Utilise state-of-the-art tools and techniques, such as MIG welding, dent removal, and panel replacement.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians, painters, and estimators to ensure seamless repair processes.
  • Maintain rigorous standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency to uphold our client’s excellent reputation.
  • Contribute to a clean, organised, and professional workshop environment.
What Our Client Is Looking For Our client seeks candidates with:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years as a Panel Beater in the automotive repair industry.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in panel beating, welding, and using diagnostic and repair equipment. Experience with jig work and structural repairs is advantageous.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to deliver flawless repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent) are preferred but not essential with substantial experience.
  • Positive Attitude: A proactive, can-do approach and a passion for high-quality work.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence: Preferred, but not mandatory.
