- Basic Salary in the region of £29,000 (DOE) + bonus!
- Mon-Fri 8.00-5.30 with 1in4 Saturdays (8.30-12.30)

Key Responsibilities for the Service Advisor:
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs
- Perform vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns
- Explain repairs and service options clearly and honestly
- Provide accurate quotes and discuss recommended services with customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate service records
- Up-sell additional services where appropriate, maintaining customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and diagnostics is advantageous
- Customer-focused with a professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license.
