As the Aftersales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing all workshop, service, and parts operations to meet budgeted labour sales and profit targets
  • Managing, motivating, and supporting a team of technicians, service advisors, parts advisors, and drivers
  • Continuously driving improvement in customer satisfaction scores and service team performance
  • Reviewing department performance reports and implementing strategies for efficiency and profit maximisation

The ideal candidate for the Aftersales Manager position will possess:
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager within the motor trade
