Are you an experienced automotive parts professional seeking a senior leadership position?

An established dealer group is looking to appoint a highly skilled and results-oriented Group Parts Manager to oversee their Nissan and Toyota operations across the South East. This is a fantastic chance to lead multiple sites and make a significant impact on performance, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.

Duties as a Group Parts Manager will include:
  • Lead and develop multiple parts departments across the group’s locations within Sussex, Surrey, and Hampshire
  • Drive sales growth across workshop, retail, and trade parts channels
  • Optimise stock management, improve stock turn, and reduce obsolescence
  • Ensure high parts availability and stock accuracy
  • Collaborate with site leadership teams to enhance aftersales performance
  • Maintain manufacturer standards and ensure operational compliance
  • Coach and develop Parts Supervisors and team members to maximise capacity
  • Work closely with manufacturer rewards and incentive programmes
Requirements that the Group Parts Manager will need:
  • Proven track record in automotive parts management within franchise dealerships or dealer groups
  • Experience in managing multiple locations effectively
  • Strong commercial awareness and stock control expertise
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Knowledge of manufacturer standards and aftersales performance metrics
  • Ability to develop and motivate teams to achieve targets
