We are recruiting a Service Advisor for a busy dealership in Christchurch. This is a customer-focused role where you will manage service enquiries, support workshop planning, and help deliver a smooth aftersales experience from first contact to final handover.

Benefits for the Aftersales Advisor:
  • Basic salary starting at £26,000 with bonus and upsell commission
  • OTE of £30,000
  • Monday to Friday hours with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota
  • Supportive working environment within a dealership team
Duties of the Aftersales Advisor:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers with service and aftersales enquiries
  • Book vehicles into the workshop and coordinate with the service team to keep jobs running on time
  • Deliver upselling opportunities in a professional, customer-first manner
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure customer communication is clear and timely
  • Manage job progress updates and support with customer follow-ups where required
Requirements of the Aftersales Advisor:
  • Proven experience in a motor trade environment
  • Confidence in delivering excellent customer care while maintaining dealership standards
  • Strong upsell and communication skills to help increase profitability without compromising trust
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Good IT skills and experience using dealer systems
