We are currently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our client in Dorchester. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building strong relationships, hitting targets, and earning a generous on-target income.

Benefits

£18,000 basic salary
£50,000 OTE with a clear route to higher earnings
Guaranteed commission for the first three months to support you as you settle in
Monday to Friday working pattern with set weekend hours
Five day week with no Sunday working

Duties

Develop and maintain customer relationships to support consistent sales performance
Manage sales enquiries and progress opportunities through to completion
Meet and exceed sales targets using a focused and consultative approach
Work closely with the wider team to ensure customers receive a smooth buying experience
Represent the business professionally, delivering an excellent standard of service at all times

Requirements

Prior experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade or a closely related sales environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Proven sales ability, with a genuine drive to achieve targets
Confidence in managing customer conversations and progressing deals
A professional attitude and commitment to delivering quality service
