Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Engage with showroom and online customers to understand their vehicle needs
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover

  • Present vehicle features, warranty options, service plans, and insurance packages effectively
  • Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals and manage part-exchange procedures
  • Maintain comprehensive customer records and follow-up systems to encourage repeat business
  • Stay updated with current vehicle models, features, and promotional offers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
