Exciting progression opportunity for an experienced and profesisonal Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager to join an established automotive dealer group in Warrington as Service Manager.

Duties:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and parts advisors
  • Achieve service department targets including customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure accurate job costing, invoicing, and parts control to maintain profit margins
  • Build strong relationships with customers and brand partners, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards
  • Manage departmental budgets and control costs effectively
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a leadership role within an automotive service department
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead a team and drive performance
  • Minimum of two years' experience in the motor trade sector
  • Valid UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
